Terms & Conditions

By reserving or using rentals from Gator Bounce Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Booking & Payments

• All reservations must be booked online or confirmed with a deposit.

• Full payment is required before delivery.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your booking.

• Your reservation isn’t guaranteed until payment is completed.

2️⃣ Delivery & Setup

• We deliver equipment to the address provided.

• The customer grants us access to the property for delivery and pickup.

• Delivery and pickup times may vary based on schedule and location.

• If weather or safety prevents delivery, we’ll reschedule or offer a rain check.

3️⃣ Use & Supervision

• Only adults (18+) may book equipment.

• Adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use.

• Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided with equipment.

4️⃣ Safety

• Children must not use the equipment during inflation/deflation.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of users.

• Prohibited items (e.g., sharp objects) should not be on the rentals.

• In case of severe weather (wind, lightning, etc.), stop use and allow equipment to deflate.

5️⃣ Damage & Liability

• You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

• Any loss, theft, or damage to rental equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

• Gator Bounce Rentals is not responsible for injuries that occur due to misuse.

6️⃣ Cancellation & Weather Policy

• If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you may receive a rain check toward a future booking.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payments.

• If we must cancel due to unsafe weather, you’ll receive a rain check or full refund.

7️⃣ General Terms

• You must provide accurate booking information.

• These terms may be updated occasionally; by booking you accept the current terms.
